I really love the voice acting!! I think the core concept is great and I'd definitely consider expanding it at some point in the future if I were you. I think the Darkshifter is a little unintuitive; obviously its inner workings shouldn't be too obvious, but I think some stronger visual cues as to what it's doing and when would go a long way.
