Actually, it isnt gacha heat. Gacha heat is naked or overly sexualized characters that preform inappropriate actions to another character or even they themself. This character is simply wearing a black outfit. The dress/pants might be short but even if so lots of people wear these type of outfits. Also, the face may look sus but it could just be a expression of being surprised or just a model face that the creator chooses as her/his/their main face.

Some people be taking the gacha heat too far.
If they blush it doesn't mean they are you know, it can also mean embarrassment
If they are wearing shorts it doesn't mean its under garments
If they are dancing.. why would you even think-
If they are wearing cat ears or a cat tail it doesn't mean that they are a '"uwu cat" and that they do gacha heat-
Although if you see overly sexualized characters you should report but be sure that it ACTUALLY IS gacha heat before assuming. I love your character design tho!
