The resulting number is associated with the clock and has an incorrect value. So you need to convert to the correct clock value and use the 12-hour time convention.
I beat it \o/ thanks for the hint haha I was fine on my own after that, your puzzles are pretty hard ngl, X - 1.. duh! was obvious once I got it haha. Great game! :)
