Thank you, I'm glad you liked the graphics!

I do intend to eventually port it to Linux, but I want to complete the Windows version first. Making 2 ports simultaneously would delay development, since I'm working on this project alone.

However, while there is still no official Linux port, I believe you can run this version of my game on your OS with the Wine emulator.

I haven't tested it myself, so I can't confirm its effectiveness, but from what I've seen, it's very good at emulating games with simpler visuals, like this one.

I hope this helps, thanks for your comment!

Hi.

Thanks for your fast reply. Usually I do play Windows-Only Games via wine, but wasn't able to fire your game up using it. Hard to say if it is a problem of Gamemaker Studio or my configuration, might try on my laptop on another day.

However: If you someday have a Linux-Built and want to have it tested, reach out to me! :)

Keep it on, Greetings

Valentin

I didn't know Wine had this problem with GMS games, I'm sorry to hear that. I searched a bit online, it seems that Wine has an issue with the Graphics Device Interface API. The best I can do for now, is recommend you to try it with different Windows Emulators, like QEMU.

If I find out any information that might help you to run my game on your device, I'll let you know.

Also, when I have a working Linux build, I'll make sure to notify you ;)
