I can confirm our payout system is operating as normally. Sometimes payouts may take additional review time, or there may be other factors that can contribute to a delay. That is why we do not get a specific payout schedule. If there is a delay, it’s often account specific. There may be components about that account that require additional review, for example it’s your first payout we we need more time to ensure that the payments collected are not high risk.
Our support team may take multiple days to respond on some issues. So factor that in when making decisions about your account.
As always, read the rules of the board before posting. If there’s a support ticket you sent in that you want us to check then you should reference it by ID here so a staff member is able to look it up.
