Hey guys how do I get people to move into the manor?
If you havent already, Jessica will have you go talk to some people, you can pick for them to sell their house and come live with you, or the other option i forgot.
As well as what Maezzon said, you will also be able to invite some of the Fey girls to live in the manor as you progress through the Fey questline.
