hola, melannita! desculpa, pero no hablo español. you can press space+tab to switch modes when in a tilemap layer or click on the mode icon on the top left of the screen. for more info check aseprite's docs: https://aseprite.com/docs/tilemap/

One last thing, the file where should it be placed? in which folder?

it doesn't need to be placed anywhere specifically! you can just double click to open it and start working. :)
