you need end main storyline with:
- Mary (mom)
- Evelyn (seller)
- Haru (pink hair kunoichi)
then your passion will have lvl 3

On the main page on the top you have the Guide for game "Walkthrough" , just click it (< or just click the link) and jump to Mary (page 14-31) and do what is written there
