Thanks for this report, and for the similar ‘color’ error. I’ve tested this and can’t replicate it on a new save file - it looks like this comes about due to incompatibilities between an old save and a newer game release.
I've tested on new saves and the sabers/colors/hilt do work for a while until you capture leia I believe. Then this error is present again.
