i found 2 dragons and a unicorn in a strait line like: dragon tile, forest with unicorn, dragon tile.
now its just: burned place, forest tile, bone dragon.

yes, I managed to defeat them, one I harvest the organs and the other one I used "raise the dead" and left it there

is the dragon organs useful for something?
You can make the leather into armor. and if you got a large bone it can be a weapon. the meat can be cooked and eaten. The skull is just for display.
unfinished staff + dragon skull = a new recipe?

You can craft one at a workbench for 1x wood.
