have you tried winzip?... theirs a ton of options for unzipping files.
you don't need a whole pc to download winrar... it's on the playstore and ISO store?... so you can use your phone too.
I'm not sure what offense you're taking here, seeing as it's entirely free.
sorry if i offended you, as that wasn't my intention... i just wanted to give you advice for your problem.
if you need help on how to use winrar to open the zipped file, i can give you advice on that too.
and for the record... i run on a laptop from 2005 with a 4G low bandwidth network... half of the other stuff goes on rent or electricity that trips and sparks.
and I don't watch tv myself. the previous neighbour cut the satellite wire. so even if i had one, it'd be useless.
I'm not comparing lifestyles with you, seeing as how depressing my own is.
