ToS Roushk is the version before the Evetns of LD. And yes the ToS Roushk is rather emotionless, because he is only devoted to his tribe and Othra and nothing else.
The World of LD is also infuluenced by "Curse of Lust" in general (making everyone in this world more horny): Nauxus in LD is pretty flirty, teasing, laidback almost like a trickstar. I was mildly shocked when i played ToS the first time and realised that Nauxus is still the flirting teasing typ but also calculating, ruthless and puppeting.
