Uhm, are you going to spend your time on other projects instead of the main ones? I paid for one product, and now I'm seeing another one, I'm suggested to buy. Which only delays the main ones.

It was made in two week because Syunta had a hard time focusing on the main project. So it was to help the team. I'm trying to do my best to put food into my plate too. Also you paid to support a project not a product btw. If you are so unhappy about it. Please send me an email, I'll send you a refund from my own pocket manually.

you can also send me a DM on twitter.

Thank you.

It's just seeing that the pledge was for 2 projects was already a red flag for me.
What do you mean I supported a project and not a product? I paid to support the translation of Management, Japanese version of which I already own.
This is very confusing. Haven't you raised 26k? Isn't that enough? Is Mazjojo related to this project? He was doing the same with Full Service, where the game took like 3 years because instead of focusing on the project he was doing side projects, even abandoned his patreon for them. I'm still recovering on how awful he treated his supporters, and would not want to support that guy again.
The other post is named "A huge gift for every supporter". I paid $16 a year ago. Am I not a supporter? I don't see anything on a supporter page, when I click the link it says I'm prohibited from seeing it. Sure, it's a nice gift if you give it out for free for people that supported this project, otherwise, it seems like an ad that shows that the projects in being delayed. But generally, I'd rather see updates on the thing I was interested it, than a side hassle, even if it were for free. It's a very bad sign if the funding was already used up and instead of focusing on the project, now it will be a side hassle while the team needs to work to provide for themselves. So, the game will be done in, what 4-5 years from now?
I'm not asking on a refund yet, but please take my comment as constructive criticism.

26k is barely enough for 2 months of production. I have a full spreadsheet of who got paid for what, I can literally show you... We used everything, and now it's mostly me working alone 24/24h for my usual project and the remakes, and the others giving me work when they can on the side.

I'm sorry to tell you that everybody is freelance, so after the funding is done without side projects, some people literally lose their houses and can't feed themselves anymore.

This project seems like a waste of time for you, but that was a huge time gain for us production-wise. All the programming of this game (plugins/scripts) is the same as the two games we are making so it allows us to test them Live and clearly some of it doesn't work as intended. This game also uses the same engine so It allows me to just make functions that I can reuse for demon's dream and Muscle Management. This game also had a lot more benefits that would take too long to explain so you'll have to trust me on that.

During production, I've been very transparent on everything and you can read the updates to see all the issues we've encountered during production and even ask me questions.

You coming at me publicly is not helping me or the team at all. We're clearly aware of how slow production is and it's not like we're not doing anything to both bring relevant content to our supporters AND keep the game production going.

Everything you said is not constructive at all, it's just making me want to stop trying hard and make this project a reality. That's it.

If you still want to be disappointed in us and what you've funded (it was clearly stated as a donation in BOLD multiple times in the funding event btw), well I can give you all your money back from my own pocket.

Thank you again for your past support.

Yeah, I want a refund. I'm deeply offended by the way this was handled.

There's no refund option on Itch because itch is a donation site. The only way is for you to give me your Paypal address. Please send me a DM on twitter or on the mail address.

Luckily for you. Getting a manual refund will not remove your ownership of the pages you already own.

You will need to contact support to initiate a refund, and will take a while but it will most likely be processed with the correct access rights removed after refund.

I mean the result will be the same. Money will still come from my pocket, so he can just keep his right, I don't care.
