That is what it was intented for the "batle" part and the puzzle parts. But does the puzzles as a whole dont feel cohesive?
let me explain: it seems that, and this is my humble opinion, that the battle and the puzzle parts aren't "quite working" as a whole cohesive game. Nonetheless, keep up doing it!

instead of making a battle part, maybe a puzzle with some enemies as a hacking minigame could be more coherent. but that's just my opinion
