Do you know how you fixed it? And did you fix the slow movement? Slow movement probably means you need to set the fps higher in the gear menu, or in the X/Y menu make the smoothing value lower.
If you restart your pc or try running as administrator, that might help. People also solved this by unplugging their webcame or other USB devices temporarily.
