I'd guess the "meat" of the 7.5GB is probably basic stuff like engine and main assets, so if the next chapters release as updates or something similar that keeps everything to the same .exe, then I think it'll be lower, but if each chapter is its own standalone file I think it'll remain about the same all throughout, maybe even increase in filesize depending on how big the chapter is.

Depending on the "how" they develop the game, the size should probably increase slightly, especially the code. They could've reuse the character's pose or make new ones, even the new art of locations and places. 

In Ark: Survival Evolved, their size is so huge that the average computer, even the new ones cannot install due to the huge download size. So, I could guess, it game size could increase for every chapter, unless they refine it.
