This game calls for fistfulls of D6's and I love that.
It's hard to say "oh, god, I don't want to learn another new system" when the rules of the game are smaller than the warning label on a prescription medication. If you have DnD diehards in your regular gaming group, this is a good one to lure them into the indie stream with: this is an entire system that fits on four pages: character creation, "magic", combat, and a game master's reference section.
The combat system is a clever little 4-legged rock-paper-scissors hack. I like the concept, but I will say I actually needed to sit down and TRY it before I really understood it as written. (That's not a complaint, just a gentle heads-up if you read it once and go: "Huh?" you're not alone, it's just that you might need to physically do it to grasp it.)
