#3 is intentional if you have enough conversations with Jaylee (Sammy is essentially having beers bought for her by patrons; I suspect the proper interactions for that aren't in yet)
Okay, I guess that makes sense. Although in some cases (fat and smelly Sammy) I don't really believe they'd pay for it, but generally it's a reasonable explanation for the pub. Paying for beer at home still doesn't make much sense to me though, unless maybe she's supposed to buy it from a flatmate in the future?
