I purchased the 0.4-P1 for Linux, but the "Run as program" file isn't working. I had no issues with the previous version.

Hi, AndyWho

It's because permisson settings, please try this workaround - it works.

Sorry, I'm not using a Mac. My download is the WIN/LIN version. I changed the permission through properties for the startup file, so now I get the "Run as a program" option, but it didn't fix the problem.

Again. Sorry for that.

Sorry, my Discord account is screwed-up and I can't get anyone to fix it. For some reason I can't verify my account when trying to make the connection. It's been broken for some time. I've made request but it hasn't done any good.

It doesn't show an error, it just doesn't start.

Please try workarounds from this topic

Well okay, these solutions may work through the terminal after the sh file has opened it. Unfortunately the terminal doesn't open when I try to run it as a program. It does nothing. I've never had this issue before, but I'm not a tech and I'm stuck. The previous version works fine, and the Story Book 0.0.3 works fine.

The work around opens the terminal, once its open I copy and paste or drag and drop the game path. But still it doesn't start.

Discord says "Unable to accept invite".

Wow, thats strange - just check it. Works fine. Maybee you already accept the invite?
