Thank you for responding. I think the message is saying that you need to install Microsoft visual studio. Do already have that installed? I'll look into fixing this issue on my end.

I have visual studio, just no runrime for c++
I just looked up how to fix the issue on my end ;-) I jsut had to install the runtime
