Finally gave the game a shot. A short and simple time which reminded me of Vampire Survivors. Thanks to experience with that game I had no trouble getting through this one though moneywise it has been considerably generous by comparison. Though hopefully at some point better quantities have a chance to drop like say a gold sack that carries 10 or something. Managed to unlock all of the available scenes at least for this update. Though I should note there was a visual bug when using the Poison Cape first with the sword and a few other items in tandem moving faster than they should. Or in an instance where the wand's animation will disappear entirely dealing no damage while in the Mine. Though after dying it went back to normal when going to the goblin forest.

Had a blast playing through it, I should comment on what's available for the moment. The five scenes available are pretty solid, I look forward to more especially with Ruby and Jennifer. The only thing I hope gets addressed in a later update would be some stability with the scenes and some of the weapons when there's quite a bit going on. It is impressive nonetheless that you guys have done so much with such a small sized game. Best of luck to development, I look forward to the next major update.

Thank you so much for the review! We're glad you liked the game!

About the gold - yes, in the next update we will fix this point, the gold drops now in very small amounts.

About the bugs with weapons - what version of the game did you play?

I played version 5.1 the one that is for the moment public. It only seemed to have happened in the mines, it only occurred once. I am guessing when I had leveled up while using the cape I had done so on a frame in which the swords would be used, animation overlapped as did the rest with the exception of the wand that unfortunately didn't go anywhere. I should've probably took a screenshot in hindsight to show that. But essentially, it looked like all 3 of them were being released by the instant they were used.  By memory the items were:

Cape, Glove, Sword, Wand, Arrows, Belt, and that's as far as I can remember. Oh, right the knock back helmet and the boots. Those were the other support items.

But as far as I know the combination of when I got them was likely the culprit. Since I had reduced the cooldown and nearly maxed out the cape at that point. The speed of the animations was instant which is probably why the wand got nixed  when I got the arrows, there simply wasn't enough sprites to fit on the screen with how fast the cooldown was. I hope you find what the issue was since, when it happened it didn't look like the wand was even going out at all.

Either way, I look forward to the next update and perhaps some more music variety. Best of luck going forward! I'll be following this as it updates. I hope you are well, sorry for the lateness of this response I had only gotten up just an hour ago.

That's right, the order of bonus selection is to blame. We fixed this bug in v0.5.2. But thank you anyway for your careful and detailed comment!

No worries, happy to see more when I get the chance. Best of luck to future development!
