The idea behind the story was to create a myth, trying to diverge as much as posible from the ones already stated, like Hades, Persephone and Demeter. But also for it to be a folk tale, but also in a fairy tale kind of setting. You could say it probably takes from many places at once, like old tales, songs, you name it! Funny enought, I even think it took from your VN with the elements I used to sort of glue the romance together! So I'd say it's great that you liked it lol
As for the art... yes, Rads went far and beyond with it, he tottaly made it feel alive!
