Have you tried to download the game. Because i never had any problems regarding this. But i only tested out the offline version. But i have another bug: i bought the video on Aridus. But it does not show up in the inventory. And the money is gone.
And try different browser. The best results i have with the Opera-Browser. Mozilla often has drastic security problems in a lot of applications. So, it blocks a lot.
