I believe ITCH has a system where you can essentially put whatever you want as a tag. I've seen Inflation used as a tag before and I refuse someone actually wrote that in as a fetish that worked for ITCH. So yeah, just kind of neglagent or negligent of the dev, depending how you look at it.
Yes. Everything can be tagged. But most tags are not listed in the dropdown box. Just type to try out if someone used it as a tag.
And hey, no kink shaming. There are some nice inflation games here. And there are more games tagged inflation then there are games tagged anal. Does that mean, that inflation is more popular?
Nah, it just shows you do not tag fetishes or the type of porn in general. That's what the description is good for.
Less broken than ill explained. There are two search boxes and the one titled search does not search tags and arbitrarily cuts off results and weighs the results somehow; for instance you cannot find this game with the search term death.
But in these tag combinations there are only like 50-70 games (nsfw is less common)

For that matter ntr alone has only 90 games. Many devs do not know that they can tag anything. But fetishes are not tagged most of the time anyways.
