I think I found a bug where when you change some settings, play a level, and return to the main menu, settings you checked become unchecked and the sensitivity seems to reset the next time you play a level without changing it.
thats some obscure bug that i cannot replicate for some reason, try deleting options.json in C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\LocalLow\YuraSuper2048\New Baldi's Basics Plus Remastered\
