I want to pay for this game. But I don't want it showing up as the name currently stands on my credit card statement. Anyone know how to hide the name of the purchase?

I mean, you can try to purchase a 10$ Steam Gift Card and then purchase it on Steam
if you purchase through itch it should show up as a transaction from them not the developer themselves . Though I could be wrong .
