Only really relevant thing I have to say is, you should go a bit easier on drawing the background. It's really colourful (the colours are as saturated as the sprites), it's quite detailed and on top of that it scrolls at high speed.
Consequence: the background is as busy as the actual gameplay and it's harder to focus on playing as it should be.
It's not that big of a problem here since the player has this Bullet Golem abilty, but I can easily imagine this could be an issue on a more Touhou-like ShmUP.

Btw game is very nicely put together, applauds!

I definitely went all out on making a cool snowy background, it's the very first asset produced for the game too. As a result adjusting the colours to ensure visibility for bullets was also difficult, haha!
