So I played the first chapter, and I must say it felt really... off? Spoilers I guess, but I didn't like how everything just goes immediately into "please impregnate my wife". The characters have known each other for years, but there wasn't enough time for the player to get to know them before the dinner scene. I guess I just expected more dialogue and events before that.
Secondly, Jona later brings up something like "well that's what they did back in the old days", but how come subjects like surrogates and sperm donation weren't brought up at all? I am 100% for Netori, but if you're going for a serious thriller where you're talking about heavy stuff like the inability to have children, I feel like more realistic things like that should've been brought up.
If the game had a light, fun, and sexy atmosphere like a lot of other adult novels, I wouldn't care. But in the type of game I think you're going for? I'm not sure how to put it into words, but I would really consider "how would this happen in most real-life situations?" and "how do I want this to happen?", and weave together those two things moving forward; makes everything more believable and easy to swallow that way.
I'm not trying to tell you how to make your game, just wanted to give you some honest feedback.
