Not gonna lie, I'm not a fan of a new artsyle... at all. The previous one had a certain charm this one just doesn't and to see characters being re-imagined as yet another beffy baristas just makes me roll my eyes (especially Ollie since the narrative establishes early on that his strenghts lies in his intelligence, not muscles. Seeing him like this is so jarring...). On a side note just because buff character are popular in a furry fandom doesn't mean they are appropriate for this particular novel.
Thank you for your insight. Plus, I would like to apologise for the sudden change of artstyle. From how I see it, yes you do have a point; the visual novel itself is not fitting with the artstyle (especially Ollie...). I had not thought about the charm that Rainbow had because I drew the sprites in my own artstyle that's been changing over the course of my hiatus. Since, the vn itself is in development, things are still bound to change. So, maybe I'd try to rework on the sprites again? Probably the next one would capture Rainbow's charm? Whichever it will be, I hope you'll still find Rainbow interesting to continue. I appreciate your comment!
