Very fun and satisfying mechanic. Who doesn't love a good bouncy saw blade mechanic? (Unreal Tournament Ripper anyone?) . Might have to toy with a concept like this myself since I have a decent bouncy physics script I made for Idlemancy / a Warlords clone I was developing.
People have already pointed out the Hotline Miami inspirations, and you did a great job capturing a lot of that "feel".
The only gripe I can make is some of the rooms towards the end force you into death scenarios immediately upon spawn- which is a bit jarring and a little annoying. Obviously the death reset mechanic fixes this in a way, but I would prefer you have time to assess the situation - so maybe a safe entrance to get your bearings where you are allowed to strategize, then bust in saws-a-blazing.
Dashing through walls felt good and added a nice layer to things.
I loved the blood effects and the explosions were satisfying.
This was very fun, great overall.
