So when I loaded an older file to the new version all unlocked galley scenes are gone, is there a way to fix it or just play through it again

Sounds like your saves were moved but not your "persistent" file. If you move your save files around you have to include the persistent file or else you'll lose the stuff that persists between different games, such as the gallery.
As Sllobbrt says, you can use your laptop in Act Two and Act Three to unlock all the gallery scenes again :)
