Found a strange glitch. I started a new playthrough on hard difficulty, and whenever I heal, I gain more food. Clicking it gives you three more food, not consuming any, so you have infinite healing. Has anyone else seen this happen?
It's not a glitch but a debug feature. You have to press 'plus heart' button below the pause button or 'E' key if you are playing on PC.
