will it replace the stuff outside of the lot? (I have placed like a lot of decor with T.O.O.L,) just wanted to ask incase it does overrides it (lot used: The bluff-Windenburg)
I use T.O.O.L pretty extensively and haven't had any issues with lighting mods replacing items! I don't think items placed off lot are stored in the .world file
