On mega, you can download for free, if you have not exceeded the limit. But I understand that this is inconvenient, I will use another file sharing service for future updates.
For mega if you reach the download limit just leave the page open, it will then go into a countdown timer which I think is 3 hours and then after the three hours it will start downloading from where it stopped.
