Hey skeolan, thanks for the questions. I would use the information on page 8 under 'injury' as a guide (i.e. minor = 1, medium = 2-3 and major 4+).
Personally, using the examples you have given my 'rulings' would lean to:
- Improvised weapons (i.e. tools/drills/crowbars) (1-1) no better than real weapons
- Syringe/unarmed/garotte/jetpack wash (1-1) again no better than real weapons
- Ramming with a drone (1-1) but a vehicle you might go (2, 3 or 4 depending on the size/speed of the vehicle)
