Sorry to hear that. I had another similar report. Earlier today. I'd love to have a better idea of what hardware you are using; if you have time, you can just run "dxdiag" on the command line and snapshot the "System information" box and post it here. It shows the computer name, so be sure to cover that in case it's personal information you don't want to share.
