Yout only allowed one child with each girl that you can get pregnant the artifact tells us
Thing is that I am blocked from any impregnationThis is the text I receive: "You feel like something is preventing X from getting pregnant."MC thinking: Weird, I feel something or someone (this is in green) calling to me
yep, you'll need to go to the Artifact first, just hop into the Nexus and you'll see it
What Vulkan said :) You need to have access to the Nexus, which you can get by following Morgana's questline (you get it very early on)
