I haven't touched this game in years, but IIRC you can turn the online features off from the options and/or refuse to log in.

It uses an old version of unity and it's one of a few games I made shortly after graduating, so the code is pretty bad, so I'm not sure I want to go messing about with it when I have another project I'm working hard on. Sorry.

I recently logged back in to itch because I'm thinking of releasing an alpha version of a new PC game here later this year, so idk if that caused unwind to show up in the algorithm or something.

If you still have the APK could you upload it directly to itch? It seems the Google Play store link is down. I see there’s versions for PC but the Android version is missing.

I don’t think simply logging in made your game appear higher in the algorithm. I specifically was looking for hidden gems.

Ok, I've added it to this page, and i've bundled all my other games including unwind 2 in a zip available here

Thanks! I know you’re not working on this game right now, but I wanted to share my feedback and first impressions.

I successfully installed the APK via Mitch on my Anbernic RG353P device.

A message pops up on the main menu saying the game won’t run without Google Play services, but after dismissing it runs regardless.

This device has an integrated gamepad which at first didn’t seem to work, but on further experimentation I discovered that the analog stick does work in-game. It’s not perfect, I would prefer to use the d-pad, but it’s better than using the touchscreen.

The game is really fun, it reminds me of some of my favorite games like Open/Super Hexagon and Duet.

I think this game is exactly the kind of hidden gem I was looking for!
