Hi i really dont like to moan but im still having trouble getting past the starting page done as i was told to wait 5 or so minutes to load on but after 5 or so minutes the game just automatically closes and im back to step 1 is there anyway to stop this

No dont even see the main menue to start the game ill open the app and ill get stuck on the loading screen to the main menu it will be on that loading screen for 5 or so minutes then the app will just close and ive got to start it all again with the same outcome no file names or anything show up just a loading screen then a black screen when it closes itself
