babies are a premium source of nutrition that never spoil and only require a bit of sat to maintain granted cooking them up right away is preferable and if you can birth within 12 days its hunger positive
It's not that great tbh, searching for foods in the forests or sleeping at an inn is better than carrying a baby.
Plus it would make pregnancy more interesting if you can sell your human baby for 1 large copper coin.
you used to be able to sell it for 1 big copper to elise but that was removed when it was moved to nun
