Your app’s settings and installed games are stored outside of the installation path of the app. This means that you can reinstall the app without losing anything. If you are trying to move your installation library though, that is a different story. You should be able to quit the app, move the folder, then go back into the app and go to the settings for install locations and tell it about the new path. It will then scan that folder to find the installed games.
