I have started the game from the beginning, because I really liked it the first time.

Have reloaded and reinstalled the game, and all my problems seem to be fixed 🙃
Now I feel kinda bad for the negative approach 🤐🫢
No problem, sometimes Ren'py (game's engine) seems to cause unexplained bugs, that's why we told you to load a save at an earlier point. :)
