Spear Man.
The demo was solid, and there's allot I liked, but a few things I noticed held it back from being really really great.

Really Good Stuff First: The exploration is really nice here. Not a ton of backtracking in minor areas, doesnt feel like a chore to explore. My favorite thing is still playing the music. Really like this mechanic, and somehow it just works. Adds tension to the boss fight especially when your trying to heal. I can see a ton of awsome potential for this.

Everything below is not a con, just things I think needed work overall.

Graphics: The art is good, but sometimes its a bit overwhelming and makes it hard to read the room, enemies coming at you etc. Because the colors in the background obscure the enemies somewhat. Mainly talking about the flying enemies here.
Combat: And when it comes to attacking, I'm not sure if it was intentional to allow the flying enemy get inside your sword swing, but they can, and not being able to defend yourself from above can get annoying somtimes. Maybe make the hitbox a bit bigger on the sword? Another thing I noticed is you cant hit two enemies at the same time. Again not sure if that was intentional or not. As for the boss, I liked his movesets, right in the middle for difficulty. My biggest problem with him is his center/weak spot is a bit to small, I dont even mind not being able to stand inside him without taking damage, as long as I'm able to hit him without being a pixel perfect distance.
Movement: The issue I have here is the speed of the character feels to fast, just a little. The roll could stay the same, being its the same speed as the walk.

Bugs: Only one bug, that I could find, when I went back to the knight "after I'd already beaten the demo" in the beginning and talked to him I got stuck in a loop of diolague that I couldnt exit out of. Also Enemies can still attack you while the "you collected an item" box is up.
Anyways, Awesome Demo, really liked it and can't wait to see more from this game.
