I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your computer, but it is very unlikely to come from a game made with Game Maker. The only way for a program to brick a computer is for it to mess with your computer's firmware, which Game Maker games are not capable of. Whatever broke your computer, there's practically no chances for it to be the game itself.
