I tried downloading the Win64 version but every time I do it deletes itself in downloads and the only version that didn't won't allow me to access it.

I may not be an expert or any of the people working on the game, but it sounds like it might be that your antivirus is the problem. You might need to check and see if it trusts ClanGen. Most antiviruses don't trust ClanGen due to it being an EXE file, but it's harmless. If it says it doesn't trust ClanGen, I'd suggest marking it as an exception in the antivirus. If that doesn't work, or don't know how to do that, then I have no idea either. Hope this helps!
