Reading your post has made me curious.

I searched for the game and in the description it says this:
"You can complete the game only ONCE, that means that you won't have a second chance. And how you will complete YOUR game - depends only on YOU. Try your best. Good luck."

I imagine that this is the problem you mention, but reading the comments on the same page of the game, it seems that you have 2 very simple solutions:

first- "You know you can just press enter on the warning screen, right?"
second, delete the save file of the game in
"t's in Windows (C:)/Users/(Computer name here)/AppData/Roaming/MMFApplications . The file is "MrTomatoS v2"."
