There is no starvation/hydration in the game anymore. Reworked the system in 0.7 to be purely buff based when it comes to food.
Might add a survival mode for more hardcore experience (where i add back starvation) at a later date :)

Also I was thinking about gameplay. And I noticed one strong weak on this. There is no one target for player accept leveling.
So as this game positioned as survival and basebuild it may be nice to add some creatures who will periodically hunt player .
Like in "The Forest"
And player will forced to level up, build base, birth creatures for protecting self, etc
I think its can be lot of fun
Hopefully i can add base attacks or raids in the future :)
There was a water/starvation system before that i changed but it might come back in the form of a survival mode. I personally enjoy the valheim version more with a positive system but i realise many want the standard survival experience with starvation and thirst :)
