If its input settings not being saved, that seems to be a bug in unreal 5.4. Im looking at refactoring the system to avoid this issue. Will hopefully be fixed in a future update.

submitting an update for this now, if you redownload in 10 minutes or so (or upgrade if you use the itch launcher) the issue should be gone.
Steam version should have an update available already.

If that happens, open and close inventory, should fix it. I need to fix that happening when the game launches. Sorry about that.

Hopefully some of these issues will be adressed in the next update. Lots of optimizations has been done, the save system remade from scratch and hopefully most systems will be more robust in general due to this.

What specifically didn't work, did the scenes not start at all?

I should probably tweak the masturbate to lure enemies option to be more clear who will be affected. The defeat should work, as long as its enabled in options and enough grit points are available.

There is also initating sex through dialogue (for servants), and an item you can get to initiate sex with any creature by pointing at them.

But im always open to more suggestions :)

The download is not something i control, that is on itch.io im afraid. You could try using the launcher, i think it can resume downloads.

I'm revamping the entire save system in the next release as the old system has been plagued with bugs since the start. Hopefully that will fix issues with buildings/stuff reseting when coming out of dungeon/other levels.

Deleting the files should not be related to the game at all. Its just files on disk and is not even installed.

Doing a lot of optimization in the next update. Hopefully that will help but its still a pretty demanding game.

Yes this is an issue with the morphs creating that posture, the bones are not aligned like in the image, just the muscle morphs "balloon" the back.

Im working on fixing the quest issues. They are mostly related to saving/loading currently but some quests does not update the dialogue options properly either.

It can not, in the full version of the game there is a mount however.

Satyrs are dumb as rocks currently. Working on fixing their bad AI

This is fixed in 847, it was a bug that slipped through during update,  sorry for the inconvenience.

Grit bug should be fixed in 847, it was an issue with it not being displayed properly on the new HP bar.

The quest states keeps bugging out and stop working. Im working on fixing this for future updates. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Save game might work between versions but the rekommendation is to not re-use saves as it can cause strange issues and i wont take action on bugs reported on old saves.

It was an issue on the steam page that the download button was tiny, should be easier to spot now.

Out of curiosity, what hardware are you on? Its designed around a nvida 1060 (or equivilant gpu) as a minimum req.
