This is a really solid game.
First off, top marks for presentation. The color scheme and animation lend the game an absolutely professional feel. The music is catchy. The controls are very responsive.
Secondly, the bomb-throwing arc is effective and intuitive (though it took a little while for the hand-eye coordination to kick in).
The bomb-juggling mechanic is slightly confusing at first. However, I believe that the "soft tutorial" segment at the beginning was a very good way to introduce the different bombs.
The boss fights are also cleverly put together, in a way that suggests (but does not reveal) the solution.
What kept me from enjoying it a bit more was the difficulty. After I got used to the bomb-throwing arc (which is the central mechanic of the whole game), I was very comfortable with the controls. However, I still died many times, and I really was wishing for more checkpoints so I wouldn't have to drag myself so far each time.
