I'm looking forward to reading this, but I want to ask if you could drop a version of the PDF with that nice cover art included.
You know . . . I never thought about it as this is the raw PDF. I suppose I could make it part of the download?
Could do, a version of the PDF with the cover art would certainly be prefered. I only ask because I use iBooks, and seeing covers makes it easier for me to remember books.
